Téma is a word I created in my head long before I ever started selling t-shirts. The name of a brand. It is the mixture of 4 letter, the word that that sounds foreign. Spanglish?

My name is Amber Mayté.

The middle name is homage to my mother. I scrambled the letters in hopes to create something that leaves a longer legacy. I want to use this brand and platform to inspire the youth, the creative and my community here in Texas. Thank you for being here, thank you for reading this.

I started my business venture with a background in B2B (medical) sales. I felt a high from helping clients and building unordinary relationships. It was a tough gig, but I think all sales people find themselves slightly addicted to the thrill you feel after a closed deal. I never felt like the company resonated with me, it started to kill my drive. I realized how I wanted to live my life. I dreamt of doing things that set my soul on fire. I discovered my own community, market and started this business. I want to help others who have similar dreams to jumpstart their career and life. This is the greatest, grandest leap I've ever taken.
